Brewing in 2023 took a pause as our brewers lives got busy! We brewed a delicious home-grown hopped Blonde Ale called the Tux Hop Ale. This quickly got drank in the beginning of the year and we took a break as Rick bought a home and John got married. We’ll be back in 2024 as we update some of our brewing equipment and start brewing in a new location!

LIGHTS ON! We have brewed our first beer, Lights On! Hazy Pale Ale. Our first beer was…a little over boiled. We learned a lot and we’re going to reintroduce the beer as Lights On, Nelson! Hazy Pale Ale. We used the same malt and grains, but switched from Citra to Nelson Sauvin hops. The beer is fermenting and should be ready by mid-March!

Our shockingly delicious beers begin production in 2022. These are not beers for retail and are for personal consumption of our brewers only. We will keep you apprised our advances in brewing and what beers we love the most. Should commercial production begin, this is where you will find what’s on tap.
